My practice as a printmaker focuses on the monotype process, where each image emerges through experimentation and the interplay of chance and control. In one series, I use abstraction to explore environmental themes. Working primarily in a monochromatic palette, I layer textures and gestural marks to suggest the impact of human activity on oceans and waterways.

I’m also inspired by the natural world, exploring the quiet, luminous moments that unfold where land, water, and sky meet. Through the unique lens of monotype, I create serene landscapes that are shaped as much by intuition as by observation. Each piece begins with a single plate and a sense of possibility. Layer by layer, colorful gradients combine to echo sunrise, dusk, and the soft transitions between day and night. With these images, I hope to offer spaces of reflection, calm, and connection.
